Ogeechee Seafood Festival

Ogeechee Seafood Festival

Low Country Boil

No need to look far for fun things to do in Savannah this fall! Among our many renowned fall festivals is one that focuses solely on the fruitful gifts of the sea. The 15th Annual Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival takes place October 18 – 20 and features incredible local seafood, live music, a 5k Crab Crawl, kids games, carnival rides, arts and crafts booths and much more! This festival continues to be a local favorite for natives and visitors alike. Come hungry and sample your favorite ocean delicacies including shrimp, crab, crawfish, alligator (yes, you read that right) and more from the best restaurants and fish markets around Savannah. After chowing down on some of the best seafood in the Lowcountry, guests will be able to enjoy live music from 8 Mile Bend and Georgia Fire Band, explore carnival rides and be blown away by the grand finale nighttime fireworks! The fun happens at J.F. Gregory Park in Richmond Hill, Georgia, just minutes from downtown Savannah! Stay at one of our downtown Savannah hotels and take a quick drive up I-16 towards all the excitement! Find out more about the event at GoSeafoodFestival.com.
