    Wine Festival

    It’s wine o’clock somewhere! This delicious weekend event offers multiple wine and food tastings at different venues across Tybee, all benefitting the restoration and operation of the historic Tybee Post Theater. The signature event is The Grand Wine Tasting, held in Memorial Park on May 2 from 3-6 p.m. Choose to sample from over 100 international wines and Tybee restaurant menu items. Enjoy live music, a silent auction, and commemorative wine glasses. Don’t forget your VIP tickets for special menu offerings and additional wine options!

    Beach Bum Parade

    Kids and adults alike will love this playful festival that’s all about enjoying Tybee’s best feature – the water! This wild and crazy event features an island-wide water fight and parade. Bring your squirt guns, super soakers, and swimsuits and prepare to get wet, but don’t forget a towel and a dry bag for any electronics.

    Pirate Fest

    October 8-11, 2020

    Don your eyepatch, grab your matey, and hoist your skull and crossbones flag when you gather on Tybee for the 16th Annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest! This swashbuckling festival is a Tybee tradition, and includes costume contests, a carnival, a parade, a magic show, live music, cannon firing, fireworks, and more. Come in costume and bring the whole family as there are designated children’s events and areas.
