Description: Join us at The Cooking School for a special harvest dinner with Coralie Delecheneau of La Grange Tiphaine, one of the Touraine’s most celebrated wine estates.

Fifth-generation winemakers Coralie and her husband, Damien, have transformed their family estate through fully biodynamic farming, producing expressive wines deeply rooted in the Loire Valley landscape.

For one evening, Coralie and Chef Lawrence will come together around the table for a harvest-inspired dinner paired with wines from La Grange Tiphaine. Think of it as a night in Amboise, filled with seasonal dishes, thoughtful pours, and the stories behind each bottle.

Wines will be available for purchase.
