The Fairy & Gnome Festival at Oatland Island Wildlife Center is back on May 10th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering a magical day for all ages! Attendees can explore nature and indulge in whimsical activities, including creating fairy houses, mining for gems, and participating in the fairy and gnome fashion show. You might even catch a glimpse of the mythical wee people themselves!

While regular admission applies, many activities are free, with a few having a small fee to support the center’s programs. For convenience, be sure to bring cash for any extra fees. The event also features a concession stand, so come hungry and enjoy lunch while supporting the center.
