Savannah Events Calendar

Celebrate Scottish heritage and culture at the Savannah Scottish Games on May 3rd, 2025, at Bynuh’s Field, Bethesda Academy, Savannah, Georgia. Now in its 47th year, this exciting event offers fun for all ages, with something for everyone in the family to enjoy!

Experience the thrill of Celtic traditions with pipe bands, highland dancing, heavy athletic events (including athletes tossing telephone poles!), sheep herding, and birds of prey. Explore Scottish clans and societies, learn about genealogy, and enjoy living history demonstrations. Kids can participate in fun activities, while adults can cheer on tug-of-war and hurling competitions.

With over 4,500 participants each year, the Savannah Scottish Games is one of the Southeast’s most unique and exciting celebrations of all things Celtic. Bring the whole family for a day filled with food, music, and unforgettable experiences!
